The Critical Skills You Need to Marketable & Indispensable in 2009

This week we unveiled the latest whitepaper from ASPE. The Critical Skills You Need to be Marketable & Indispensable in 2009 is focused around helping individuals in the Systems/Software Development Lifecycle focus their skill set in order to maximize their marketable to new employers or solidify their job security in 2009.

Author, and President of ASPE, David Mantica discusses domain knowledge, business alignment, presentation & communication skills, Agility, and specialized certifications.

This is a good read for anyone who is concerned with their job security in 2009 (which in reality is most of us) or for anyone who has already fallen victim to the widespread downsizings and layoffs we hear more and more about everyday.

The whitepaper can currently be found on Agile Journal's website in a number of places, and will be available on our site shortly.
